All LAWS Lease Agreements are written for a minimum of 12 months. There is the possibility of writing longer terms, based on the web solution project.

With a few exceptions, the SCF has the use of the Senior Center from 8:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. The Fair Board has exclusive use of the center before, during, and just after the County Fair in August and during the four days beginning with Thanksgiving. The agreement also allows the Foundation to use the center one night a month (again, with a few exceptions) for fund-raising activities.

Flint, Hadley, and South Lake Villages have 12-month leases/agreements in all units. Hadley and South Lake four-bedroom units also have 10-month lease/agreement options. Creekside Village and Flickinger Court have 12- and 24-month leases/agreements.

When you purchase our commercial versions, you will need to accept our license agreement. This agreement defines the terms of use for any software you purchase from us. The agreement starts when you pay your registration fee. We will notify you by e-mail shortly afterwards, when your title is listed on our site. The agreement can be terminated by either of us at any time with e-mail notification. No explanations are required. If the agreement is terminated we will refund your registration fee, reduced by $5 per month, or portion thereof, your title was listed.

A written lease is required. The landlord and tenant should agree to a number of terms and HACP MUST review and approve the lease prior to signing of the lease by the tenants.

Our standard lease term is for one year. However, a six month lease is available on one bedroom and studio apartments along with a $25.00 per month premium. In addition, three month leases on studios are available at select locations with no additional premium.

There is no long-term commitment or contract required with Freedom Eldercare. Due to the nature of our services, we offer flexible terms of agreement that only require 48-hour advance notice for any changes or cancellations.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cellgate Inc, will perform studies to evaluate the feasibility of using their technology to topically deliver ISA247. The studies are expected to be completed over a one year period. In exchange for this work, Isotechnika will pay Cellgate Inc. a total of $500,000USD with $100,000USD paid upfront and the remainder at predetermined time points. Upon successful completion of the studies, Isotechnika has option to license the technology from Cellgate Inc.

All leases are year-long contracts, and residents are expected to be responsible for the full 12-month period. While the bulk of student turn-over does occur during the summer, some properties do become available at unexpected times of the year, so don't hesitate to inquire if we have a vacancy.

We normally recommend a six month lease to start. Understand that a lease benefits the resident more than it benefits the owner of the property. If the resident causes you problems or you want to move them out it is very difficult to get them out with a year lease. However, if the resident needs to move, they can do so no matter how long the lease and you will still have to re-rent the property.
