You must have a valid passport with expiration date not less than 6 months after your return date. No visas are necessary for individuals with U.S. or Canadian passports. Keep your passport with you at all times.

Special provisions may apply to travel to Canada, Mexico and neighboring islands. If traveling on OPT or Academic Training, please carry a letter from your employer.

Once final payment has been received from you we will e-mail you your itinerary and travel vouchers. We will also send you a info pack including travel itinerary and vouchers to your first hotel in Australia or New Zealand. Please be sure to present these vouchers to each hotel & tour company upon commencement of each service.

For our project in India, you will need to apply for special permission to enter the protected area where we work. However a certified copy of a U.S. Birth certificate, a naturalization certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Certification of Citizenship accompanied by a picture ID such as a driver's license will should also suffice. More stringent requirements may apply if you are traveling with minors.

You will need to provide a notarized birth certificate and photo ID or a passport at the airport when you check in. The US government will be requiring passports for travel to Mexico soon, so it's advisable to get a passport if you don't have one. You will also need a Tourist Card, which will be provided to you by your airline.
