You can verify the template, and that you have no unusual stern drive components (i.e., Spacers or Cavitation Plate extenders) for your specific installation by: (differences less than 5/8 inch can be ignored). Spread the two legs apart enough to straddle the cavitation plate. Next, loosely mount the top of the shower by following the instructions.
