If you've forgotten your User Name or Password, go to the home page and click the forgot password link on the top left pane of the page. Next, type the email address you used when you registered, then click Submit. You will receive an email from feedback@ndei.org containing your User Name and Password. (It's important to keep your email address current. If your email address changes at any time after you register, be sure to update it using the "My Profile" link from the "My NDEI" page.)

If you happen to forget or misplace your User Identification Number, you can always obtain it by logging into CLASS-Web with your old Student ID number and clicking the “What’s my new User ID?” link.

Make sure your user name and password are being entered the same way time. Both entries are case-sensitive. If you still cannot login, try resetting your password. You should receive email within a few minutes. If you do not, make sure your email service is set up to receive email from the AU Vendor Center. If you have previously been able to login and submit paperwork, contact our office so that we can retrieve your information. If not, try re-registering as a new user.

If you have just signed up, the logon details sent to you in the email will work. If you cannot get them to work, then check you are entering your email address as the username and cut and paste the password from the email. If this fails then try it on a different computer. If you have previously been able to login and now cannot, then you have most likely changed your email address on the 'user details' screen. This also changes the username you need to use to logon.

You may be experiencing various technical problems. Please ensure that you are typing the correct password, if necessary, by cutting and pasting it. If you still can not log in, send a message to help@oaresciences.org

Have you registered? Seriously, you must register in order to log in. Your username has to be an email address. If you haven't registered, click here. If you forgot your password, click here. Remember, you password is case sensitive, that means that if you entered your password when you registered as "Tree" then "tree" won't work. Also, make sure your Caps Lock is off so that you aren't typing, let's say "tREE" when you think you are typing "Tree".

To log into ASAP, your User ID is your nine character student ID starting with the '@' character and then eight numbers (for example: @12345678).

For security reasons, the user name and password are sent in separate mails. If you have not received one of these, kindly register your issue in the 'Customer Care' link in the Login page. SBI will take appropriate action immediately. The user name and password are cryptic in nature because they are system generated and are case sensitive. When you are typing the user name and password for the first time, ensure that you type the characters as they appear in the document sent to you.

I usually get this question from users who haven't spent much time actually comparing the frequencies listed in the FCC records and the world of reality. While the Internet-accessibility of FCC records is a welcome addition, it is wholefully insufficient for the even the casual listener, much less a serious scanner enthusiast or land-mobile radio professional. Federal frequencies are never listed in FCC records.

On the keyboard, check the 'Caps Lock' key - if it's on, your password is being entered in 'UPPER CASE' and won't match the 'lower case' version on the server.

If you joined before the login system was created (WAAAAAAAAY long ago) and you haven't logged in yet, your password is 'default'. You really ought to change it, and also come back more often. Otherwise, use the forum's lost password functionality, as TSC/forum logins are identical.

c. Within moments, you will receive a temporary password, which is VALID ONLY FOR CHANGING YOUR PERMANENT PASSWORD. The temporary password will not grant you access to your premium content. It is valid for 24 HOURS ONLY. If you do not change your permanent password within 24 hours, you will need to complete steps 1a and 1b again.

You can retrieve your username and password by typing your e-mail address on the Forgot password page. After submitting the form you should receive your account information shortly. Please take a close look at them and try again. Make sure you have cookies enabled and your firewall settings are OK. If you don't receive your account information please try to sign up with a different email address. Feel free to contact us if you have problems.

Simply click on the “Forgot Password” link to receive an email with your password. If you forget your log-in name just use your Screen Number as the log-in.

You should have received your new login (email address) and password (provided upon registration for MIPTV) by email. If you haven't received it, please click on the "Forgot password?" link in the login area; your password will be sent to you by email. Please note that the password is a series of numbers which cannot be changed: you must therefore keep it carefully. The login is your email address (or the address of the person who registered your company).

Click on forgot password? under the Log-In button in the left sidebar, and provide the requested information. We will then e-mail your log-in information to you.
