To measure your wrist size, find a measuring tape, wrap it around your wrist and take the reading. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a rope to wrap around your wrist, then measure it with a ruler. Give yourself some extra room according to your comfort level by selecting a slightly larger size closest to your reading. Note: The sizes shown are approximations only. There might be a deviation of up to one eighth of an inch in the actual size.

Ordering bracelets is much easier if you know your correct wrist size. When you order a bracelet from us, we want it to fit you properly. These simple instructions tell you how to measure your wrist properly so you can be sure your bracelets will fit right and not too lose. To determine bracelet size using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above the wrist bone (see image).

The easiest way is to take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist, where you intend to wear the bracelet. If you are measuring for our bead bracelets, please allow at least one additional inch for breathing room.

Use a measuring tape to get your wrist measurements at the wrist bone. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a string or piece of yarn and then measure it with a ruler.

Millimeters (mm) are always used for accurate measurement of our wrist watches. The case size is always noted in our watch descriptions. For measurement of round style watches: We measure the outside diameter of the case, not including the winding crown. Example: (36mm dia.). For measurement of square, rectangular or cushion style watches: The first measurement is taken across the case, outside edge to outside edge, not including the winding crown.

You can take a look for the tips of measuring body size and simply enter your body size to find your fit size.

Many of the pieces are adjustable to fit all size wrists, however some are fixed sizes, this is all clearly stated in our product descriptions.

Using a soft-cloth measuring tape or string, measure your wrist at the smallest point and add 3/4" to 1 inch, depending on how you like to wear your bracelets. Select from the pull-downs on each bracelet design page. For your little ones, we recommend 1/2" to 3/4," so they cannot skoot their bracelet off too easily. See our Sizing Guide for help. Measure carefully as we do have a re-sizing fee.

Measuring for a bracelet - Use a soft tape measure and give me the measurement of your wrist, at the wrist bone, not the bracelet size you usually wear. Note the measurement to the closest 1/4 of an inch or in centimeters and enter it in the "comments" section when checking out. (If you do not have a soft tape measure, use a string and then measure that using a ruler.) Sometimes if a bracelet or bangle needs to made unusually large, there may be a price adjustment.

Our shoes follow the USA/Canadian sizing system. If you are not sure of your size, you can measure your shoe size.

a. If you can remove the ring, carefully take the ring out and obtain a piece of string (i.e sewing thread). If you have a "barbell" style belly ring, measure the inside of the bar from ball to ball with the piece of string, note the length of the string and use a ruler to measure this length. If you have a "ring" style belly ring, only measure the stem portion that is inserted in your belly button using the same method explained above.

If you really are planning to lose weight it might be a good idea to go with a smaller size, make sure to tell customer service of your plans.

Some of our rings are resizeable (by a small amount) and those rings can be resized in the future by a local jeweler if needed. However, some of our rings, particularly the titanium rings, and rings with patterns that run all the way around the ring (for example celtic, wave pattern, woven, engraved and ribbed edge rings) are sometimes difficult or not possible to resize due to the patterns on the ring or the type of metal (eg. titanium cannot be soldered so it cannot be resized).

Wrist breakdown is the bending or twisting of the wrists during the putting stroke. It leads to inaccurate putts. An interesting irony is that early in the history of the game wrist break was an important part of putting. Golfers were encouraged to flick their wrists during the putting stroke. Later on, however, professionals and amateurs alike proved that greater accuracy and consistency could be achieved by keeping the wrists steady for the entire duration of the stroke.

When selecting a suitable fastener for a particular application there are several factors that must be taken into account. Principally these are: How many and what size/strength do the fasteners need to be? The appropriate size flagpole for your application depends on how you want to present your flag. There is no right or wrong answer to this question; it is a matter of taste. Often times you want the flagpole to be the focal point of the landscape – then you will want it as large as possible. Many times you will want the flagpole to blend in with the structure and the landscape.

Clinical studies have shown that a better seal is obtained by using a larger size with less air. Using too small a mask and over-inflating the cuff will decrease compliance and may result in a poor fit within the laryngeal space. Therefore, start by choosing the largest size you think will fit and inflate with the smallest volume required to obtain an adequate seal.

Usually not. Most cemeteries have specific size requirements for markers. Their by-laws will often specify a particular size for a single marker, another for double markers, etc. The cemetery will usually refuse the delivery of a marker if it does not conform to their specifications. Your cemetery would be able to tell you over the phone what their requirements are. If the cemetery is smaller, privately owned, or located in a more rural area, they may not have any regulations at all.
