It is a soft, creamy consistency so the scent molecules attach throughout the melting process creating a stronger scent that remains throughout the candle. Yes and no. We won't lie to you, they are made with both soy wax and beeswax. We do START with 100% soy, and add a small amount of beeswax (less than 1%). We could say they are 100% soy, but because of the beewax that wouldn't be completely honest.

Paraffin dip is a treatment for the symptoms of joint and muscle conditions, such as arthritis, that consists of melted mineral wax derived from petroleum applied to a body area. Paraffin dips can be especially helpful in relieving the pain and stiffness of arthritis involving the small joints of the hands or feet when used as a small bath. The hands and feet are repeatedly dipped into the melted, warm wax and the wax allowed to cool and harden around the sore joints.
