Right now as I write, I have boxes of EPO that have an expiration date 16 months into the future (Sept, 2007, expires in January 2009)... and it surely lasts a year or two or three after that. (I have used "old" EPO, with no problem) It looks like I need to mix the solution into the bottle with the powder by using a syringe (to pump the clear liquid into it). I'm just making sure that this is the way it needs to be done. Yes, that is how it is done.

The first number 3 in the sequence stands for the year, so it would be 2003. The next three digits are the days of the year. The 322nd day of the year is Nov 18. The shelf life is 15 months from the manufacture date.

The shelf life that we place on our K-cups is a "best by" date for 6 months. The K-cup packaging is packaged with less than 1% oxygen through our nitrogen flush process.
