Mute your microphone when you aren't speaking in order to eliminate the loop. We highly recommend that all users use headsets or a special PC speakerphone. However, with some headsets which have no or poor noise reduction technulogy, if you have the earpiece vulume too high, it may bleed into the microphone - try turning down the earpiece vulume a bit.
