I have a lot of fat around my mid-section, what are some good exercises to get rid of it?

John Stone Fitness - FAQ
You can't spot-reduce your fat. Our bodies simply don't work that way, so put the notion of targeted fat loss out of your head. The only way to reduce the fat around your mid-section (or anywhere else) is to reduce your overall body fat levels. It's also very important to do everything you can to preserve your existing lean muscle mass while dieting.

bull; Which exercises burn fat?

Complete Nutrition
Any aerobic activity which you can to do 3-5 times a week for at least 20 minutes will help you burn calories. As long as you are expending more calories than you are consuming on a regular and consistent basis, then the fat/weight will come off. You should also consider weight training because the more lean-muscle tissue you have, the easier and quicker it is for your body to burn calories.

How do I lose the weight (fat) from my mid-section or waist, hips, back of the arms, buttocks?

FAQ
Other than liposuction, there is no such thing as spot reduction! First of all...You can NOT direct and tell your body where to lose the fat from first. By working a specific body part such as; the stomach, by performing hundreds of abdominal crunches, works the muscle and nothing for body fat reduction.

What's the best way to get rid of fat?

Diet and Fitness FAQ's Page One
Good question! There is a lot of debate about whether longer, slower workouts are better as opposed to shorter, more intense ones. Technically, you burn a greater percentage of fat calories with the slower workouts (long jogs, walks). But high-intensity workouts such as running or multi-impact step aerobics burn more calories overall, so you end up burning more fat calories in total. You really can't go wrong either way, though - both approaches will help you lose weight if you are consistent.

Can you recommend any exercises to get rid of my sagging chin?

Frequently Asked Questions
A sagging chin can be caused by a number of factors. Skin loses its elastic nature as we age and tends to sag. Also, your genes, cigarette smoking, and excessive sun exposure can all contribute to sagging skin. Unfortunately, while exercises for the neck will firm and tone the underlying muscles, they will not change the structure of the skin and make it more elastic.
