You may either use a FTP client such as CuteFTP or Fetch, or a html editor with integrated FTP such as Dreamweaver or Frontpage. If you do not have a FTP client installed on your computer, you may use the File Manager provided with your control panel.

The easiest way to do so is by using an FTP client software like WsFTP, CuteFTP AceFTP and many more. These programs allow you to easily copy files from your local hardisk to your website.

Click the “Web Page Builder/Editor” button in the Navigation Menu in the left hand column of the SiteBuilder Interface. Select the page to insert the image(s), and click the “Edit Page Content” link next to the selected page. In Page Editor View, select and click the “Insert Image” button on the top right of the toolbar. Click the “Save” button on the left of the Page Editor toolbar.

You can upload your photos, graphics and files to the website just by several mouse clicks. With the help of Content Manager's tools, you can do this without any problems.

The folder you want to upload all of your website files to is called "httpdocs" or "mainwebsite_html" in your ftp or file manager list.

You need to upload files pertaining to your website to your "/var/www/html" (mainsitehtml) directory inside the root of your account. Files uploaded below your "/var/www/html" directory, such as in the root of your account or in your ftp directory will not be available on your website.

Fill in the information requested. Host Address is your domain name. Also enter your username and password.

If you wish to upload using FTP, use your FTP credentials to connect to your ftp server. Your ftp server is your domain name with "ftp." in front it and your ftp username and password are the same with your control panel username and password. Upload your files to public_html folder. If you designed your site using Frontpage, select "Publish to Web" within Frontpage and fill in your username and password (same with control panel username and password).

FTP is like 'My Computer' for your website. It will allow you to login to your webspace and view the files on your webserver. When you have created your web site you need a way to send those files and images to your webserver so they can be viewed when someone goes to www.yoursite.com. This is where the FTP program comes in... it allows you to take the files on your computer's hard-drive and 'upload' them to your webserver.

You can upload files for hosting from your computer by using a ftp client such as FileZilla, or if you are using windows XP, you can add your ftp site as network space and continue using it just like a folder on your system.
