We have certain dates/hours that you can get your ID card (see notice available at Campus Activities or the Information Desk). The ID center is located at window 9 in Building 1.

The University Service Center is now issuing the Gothic Card (Campus Photo IDs) to all Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Visitors, Pre-College Programs, Athletic Center users, affiliates, contractors, and vendors. You may purchase one student ticket for each student ID that you present. You may purchase as many additional tickets at the regular rate as you like.

Report the loss to the Campus Police and Campus Card Operations, located in the Student Union, Room 113. To replace the ID, students will have to pay a $15 processing fee at the Controller's Office, located on North Campus. Once the fee is paid, students take the receipt to Campus Card Operations to receive their new ID.

After you have been admitted contact Records and Registration (301.314.8240) for a schedule of dates and times that you may come to campus to secure your ID. Records and Registration is located on the first floor of the Mitchell Building on the campus. The Regents Parking Garage is the closest public parking facility. The first floor provides metered parking.

If you are currently enrolled as a full-time student at any campus of the NSCC you will not be issued another I.D. card from Online Learning. If you are currently taking only online courses you will be issued an I.D. card from Online Learning.

EGC Student ID cards can be obtained free of charge in the EGC library, which is located in the Luck Flanders Gambrell Center at the Swainsboro Campus. A $5.00 fee is charged to replace lost or stolen student ID cards.

ID cards are made at the LuteCard and Information Center located at the Campus Concierge in the University Center. It is important that you have a valid ID card to cash checks on campus, check books out of the library, access the computer lab and other university services. Please stop by to have your picture taken and card issued. For summer hours call 535-7411.

To get your student ID card, go to the office that is next to the Computer Center. Write your name on a list and wait for your picture to be taken. In a few minutes, you will get your student ID card. If you want a replacement, you must request one at the Administrative Office and follow the same procedure. In both cases, the cost will be charged to your account and will appear on the next account statement.
