The programme is organised around two thematic priorities related to the Lisbon and Gothenburg agendas. A certain number of sub-themes are defined for each of the priorities: The INTERREG IVC programme supports projects that aim, through interregional cooperation, to improve regional policies addressing the above sub-themes. When you create a menu in MenuMachine 2 you will always start with one of the pre-existing themes. These are pre-built menus which save time by doing most of the formatting work for you. Any xml theme file added to /tmp/themes will be picked up by mvpmc and added to the theme menu. If you use the -t option to mvpmc, it will start with that theme. Otherwise, it will start with the default theme, and you will be able to change the theme from the theme menu.
