Yes, a future order can be placed for any time our restaurants are open. Please indicate this is for a future date in the "special instructions" area.

You will then receive, via fax, your detailed Order Confirmation for your signature and approval. The Order Confirmation contains all of the details of your order and can be modified or corrected before signature and return.

We will accept returns in the event of damage in transit when they arrive. Returns will be accepted only if you notify us within 5 days of your items being delivered and will not be accepted without a return number being issued before the item is shipped back. A refund equal to the price or your order less a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred to get the items to you.

If you would like to defer shipping and delivery of your order, simply note your preferred shipping date in the special instructions window of the order confirmation page. Shipping will be subject to the same shipping procedures as a normal order and you should select a shipping method.

The assigned due date to place your order will arrive with your password in an email confirming your Family Day appointment. You will be reminded of this due date in follow-up emails notifying you of the posting of pictures to the website and ordering. After payment is received, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive. Before you panic, let us explain. We try to get all orders shipped within 3 business days of receipt, but sometimes we get buried and it may take a day or two longer. Being in California it can take up to 8 business days for a package to get to the East Coast. So, to be on the safe side, we say 15 days but it may be a lot less for you, depending on where you live.
