Printable Version - FAQIn order to become a chief judge one must be a judge of the Provincial Court. The educational requirement to become a judge is that an individual must have a law degree. Usually, before entering law school, people first take an undergraduate university program. In my case, I took Commerce at UBC before going into law, but most undergraduate programs would qualify for entrance to Law School.
