If you forget your PIN code, you must order a new Maestro card with a new PIN code, since the PIN is unique and known only to you.

If you lose or forget your ID, you may call Customer Service and with proper identification your ID will be given to you. If you lose or forget your PIN, you must follow the same procedure and a new PIN will be generated and mailed to you.

If you forget your Direct Payment Card PIN or access code, call Chase Customer Service at 1-877-221-1634 to select a new one. You should choose numbers that are easy for you to remember, but hard for someone else to figure out.

Your PIN should be treated like cash, so make sure to keep it in a safe place. It is an active number and is considered as good as cash. As a protection against fraud, we can only resend you your PIN once we have verified your password. Should you wish to have a new PIN number issued to replace your lost PIN, this can be done, although a service fee will be charged. In this case, the remaining balance on the old PIN will be transferred to the new PIN less the service fee of $5.00

A PIN code is an alpha/numeric character made up of from 4 to 7 characters that a company or consultant creates for themselves. This code becomes your electronic signature when filing an application through RADIUS. The PIN code is case sensitive, therefore always use upper case for any alpha characters.

If you forget or lose your PIN, you will not be able to use your AT&T PrePaid Internet account. Because of privacy concerns, Customer Service will NOT be able to provide you a new PIN. So remember to keep your PIN in a secure place.

You are allowed 3 attempts to enter your PIN. If unsuccessful after the 3rd attempt, you will be locked out of bank@home for a 24 hour time period. This period begins from the time when you were unsuccessful. After the 24 hour period, you may attempt to log in again.
