In a nutshell, you are buying a piece of mind to know that your serial key is protected and can always be retrieved if it was ever lost. We only offer this plan to products with visible serial keys. We do not open boxes to retrieve keys.

You do not require a serial number, nor an Activation key to run a demo compiler. After installing the compiler, your Windows START menu will contain a program called "Compiler Activation".
