Customer Care Portal is a service where customers view information and interact to receive reminders for service and request appointments. The system displays promotions, tips and other information.

This is like a post-it note, just write your message in the text field, the last message entered is saved between Portal sessions.

Customer information remains in the system. The customer can enter history information themselves or use another company on the network.

Users can create their own bookmarks, but they require access. Select the Allow User Added Bookmarks check box in Global Settings > Page Setup.

Available in the Virtual Office we have put together an account management system. It is a form driven web interface used to activate, modify, and delete accounts. The account manager runs every minute and processes the accounts you submitted.

You create a Customer account by choosing the Your Account option from the home page and then clicking Create an Account. An email confirming your new account details will automatically be sent to you by email.

Where applicable, at the customer’s option, service history can be transferred to another customer. The new owner can continue to go to the company to keep the history up to date. Different business types may not find the "transfer" service applicable.

Registration for classes and checking of grades are all done via a student's MyUH portal so it is important that you set it up as soon as possible. Go to http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu/. Click on *Get a UH Username ! in the upper left hand corner and enter the information requested. Access to your own personal account is usually available the same day.

Connect 2 School is now accessible through a web PORTAL. Simply go to www.chccs.k12.nc.us/c2s to access the PORTAL. If you have previously connected using the above method, you do not need to download any additional software or plug-in. To create a virtual hostname, enter the full URL of the virtual host--for example, "partners.menlologic.net". Because the web server needs to learn the new configuration, restart the AccessPoint software on the General » Restart page. Then make sure that the new domain name resolves to the IP address of the SSL VPN gateway. Login to your organization's external DNS manager and add a new DNS name or a new alias and configure it to resolve to the AccessPoint SSL VPN gateway IP address.

One of the newer clients to appear, Portal is quickly gaining a reputation in performance that compares it to other such clients as zMUD. Portal is the creation of a company called GameAxle and offers many unique and diverse options. Although Portal has been made in a unique and bright way, it still offers some of the more easy to use commands such as triggers, aliases and speed-walks and has superb speed without jumps while playing games such as Materia Magica.
