Use the My ResNet control panel to activate your wall socket with the new computer, or telephone the ResNet help desk. Yes, AB Tutor Control uses the TCP/IP protocol which is the networking standard of the Internet. In order to connect to another machine, you need to know its IP address. An IP address is a unique number that identifies the machine on the Internet. You need to add this IP address into the Tutor Control program (See Tools - Configuration - Network).
