Any failure of delivery within 48 hours of despatch which is attributable to Le Tourneur's Flowers By Post or the Royal Mail postal service will be dealt with by a replacemnt of the order or a refund.

On the rare occasions that flowers get damaged in transfer, we will usually replace the flowers within reason.

Viviano Flower Shop's trained personnel deliver wedding flowers when and where you need them. Our timely, courteous delivery staff can deliver to your home, church and reception. Do you want all the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres delivered to the church along with the ceremonial decorations? In that case the flowers arrive one hour prior to the ceremony. Do you need the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres delivered to your home for photographs? We can do that, too, when you need them.

We will leave a note on the door and try again later. If our driver determines that it is safe to leave the flowers with a neighbor or at the given address we will do so. Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order. Incomplete/Inaccurate address information or phone numbers may delay delivery. Flowers, balloons and fruit cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, airports and some rural areas.

It may be that, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery is not made within two days. This may mean that the flowers are late for a special occasion or have suffered a loss of quality. The zoning inspector can issue civil citations ($50.00 up to $500.00) or issue a criminal summons to take someone to Environmental Court where a judge can sentence jail time or penalties if they are found guilty. Because the quoted delivery times are only an approximation, we must ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for the package to be delivered. If the package has not arrived after 6 weeks then please contact our customer services, who will be happy to sort out any problems.

Yes, flowers can be delivered to the restaurant. Please make sure that the reservation name, date and time is included on the card, so that we can pass your flowers on to you at your table.

Yes, same day delivery is possible all over India if the order is placed till 1400 Hrs Indian Standard Time (+0530 GMT) as shown on the top right of this page. For delivery in Delhi(and NCR), Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai we have express delivery service. For which orders are taken till 1600 Hrs. IST (+0530 GMT). We give no guarantee for the delivery in the same day for Express Delivery. You are charged only if we deliver the flowers.

Given the proper care, your flowers should last anywhere from 5-10 days, depending on the variety and the care they are given once they are received.
