Visa invitations /confirmations are documents, often directly approved by the Foreign Ministry of the country to be visited, that authorize a particular traveler to visit their country. They typically indicate specific information regarding the dates and cities of stay, the name of a hosting organization, as well as an "official" reference number and seal of approval. Required formats for invitations and confirmations vary by country.

The office will assist you in the process of requesting a VISA. It is a long and complex process therefore we recommend to apply as early as possible. Due to tougher internatioanal regulation, at the time of the VISA application, the Foundation becomes the responsible party and the guarantor of your staying: legal statements are made in regard to the legitimacy of your staying and the related financial guarantees.

The visa and visa invitation are two different things, but both are necessary if you wish to travel to Russia. You need the invitation to apply for the visa itself. The visa is a document provided by a Russian embassy or consulate, permitting your stay in Russia for a specific period of time, listing entry/exit dates, vital information and passport details.

If we make a mistake in your visa application, we will correct it free of charge. Please inform us immediately if there is a problem. Irish citizens note that the invitation letter should use exactly the lettering in Irish if necessary that is on your passport.

ITE Group PLC do not have the authority to write visa invitation letters. These will not be accepted unless they come from a registered travel agent. To get an invitation letter please contact our recommended travel agent Overseas Business Travel OBT Ltd who may be able to help you. The advertising material must be produced only on film as advised by the event co-ordinator and this must be sent to London ITE Head Office by courier no later than 4 months before the Show.

Generally, everyone entering Mongolian territory must have a visa. However, because of bilateral agreements made with some countries, this is not always the case. All types of visas can be obtained from the Visa and Passport Division of the Ministry of External Relations, in Ulaanbaatar, and also Mongolian Embassies, Consulates, Honorary Consulates, Trade and Permanent Missions abroad. Please note that the visa regulations have recently changed.

Students who need a letter of invitation to apply for visa at the Italian embassy of their country should ask the Italian office of the Festival that will provide to mail or fax it.

If your child is travelling with you, is under 16 years old, and is listed on your passport, then your child may enter Russia with you sharing the same visa. There is no need to obtain a separate visa (and hence no need to obtain a separate visa invitation) for your child in this case. Simply inform us of all details if you are planning to bring your child with you who will be able to travel to Russia without the need for an additional visa.

In order to apply a visa to our country, you need an invitation letter from an official travel company. we will give this letter to our clients when you signed up our tour by fax. Please send us the following information in order to give you the invitation letter.

After registering and paying in full, we will supply you with a letter of invitation to take to the embassy. However, we do not take responsibility for arranging your visa or if the embassy rejects your application.

Firstly check the tournament fact sheet for any specific information for obtaining a visa. ATP ranked players can request, an invitation letter from the ITF, which should be faxed on the Official Visa Request Form. Non-ATP ranked players should contact the relevant National Association of the tournament they wish to play in. N.B. It is the players' own responsibility to allow enough time to obtain any necessary visa documentation.

We send invitation letters only to the customers that have had substantial purchase record with us for the last six months. If you have no previous purchase history with our company, we CANNOT send you an invitation letter unless you place in advance US$ 10.000 deposit which will be used for buying cars in future. NB. Please note that we will never send the invitation letter, UNLESS the above-mentioned requirements are completely fulfilled.

We will send you a To Whom It May Concern letter stating details of your degree scheme, term dates and living expenses after we have confirmed your place. This letter can be used to assist with visa applications or with acquiring funding from sponsors. A Confirmation of Status form will be included in our spring mailing or with your offer letter if we process your application after this date.
