You can construct the driveway up to but not on the property line. Do not direct storm water runoff onto adjacent property.

A driveway can be placed next to the lot line as long as it does not affect the drainage between the lots and the water or snow shed does not go onto the neighbor's property. When widening a driveway it annot extend into the right-or-way without a permit from the Public Works Department.

It depends upon the depth of the well, if you have leased your property, and if the well is going to be a vertical or directional well. A vertical well cannot be drilled closer than 100 feet from any property not in the drilling unit but may need to be up to 500 feet depending upon the depth of the well. A directional well can conceivably be drilled right next to a property line.

We use the 20-20-10 rule: 20 feet from the side water line to each side property line and 10 feet from the rear water line to the rear of the property.
