Under the amended Compact, FSM Citizens are no longer required to apply for the EAD card for employment purposes. Students can transfer successfully completed courses abroad based on their equivalence to B?LG? courses. Students going on exchange in their 3rd year can complete their course requirements for graduation in their last year and graduate on time.
