All colors will be matched as closely as possible. Due to the number of possible PMS colors available, a perfect match cannot be achieved in all circumstances. We will be happy to work with you to match whatever color you require.

Pantone colors are used by professional print shops around the world. They are universal colors that help designers, print shops and customers talk in one language.

We can usually match previously manufactured colors quite well. However, we recommend that if possible, a small piece be cut or chipped from the existing wall and sent to us. If that is not possible a new sample of the color should be visually compared to the existing wall and adjustment made to the color if necessary. Aggregates are a product of "Mother Nature" however and can vary over time. Always order a full size current sample to verify color.

For screen printed badges exact color matches are available. We are able to approximate colors on our full color badges (exact color matches not available). Engraved name badges are stock colors only.

We generally print 4 colour process on all our jobs and in most cases we can match the print to a specific Pantone colour. If this is not attainable, we would use a special colour to make sure that the reproduction is as accurate as possible.

No. We recommend that you convert your pantone colors into the nearest CMYK equivalent. However, we can print spot colors on your cards but it is expensive because you do not share the cost of this special color with the other customers on the flat.

Pantone colors are a type of Spot colors developed by Pantone Inc. Spot colors are premixed inks, like premixed paints at a paint shop. They are not blended combinations of other colors like Process colors.

Inkjet printers simply shoot ink onto it's paper, where the electrostatic process is more complex (see above). Generally electrostatic plotters have much faster print times and are more flexible in transfer media. Inkjets are more suitable for 1-9 print quantities, and electrostatic is dramatically cheaper in higher quantities.

If a color swatch is supplied and the corresponding Pantone number is not indicated on your order, we will select the closest Pantone equivalent. The Pantone number gives us a definite target to hit on new and repeat orders. We will make every effort to closely match the chosen Pantone colors.
