Yes and no. Technically there is no explorer like there is under Windows, so you can't simply "open" a folder. However, most phones include a file manager program, and at least some of those will allow you to specify a folder to open using a command line.

Why does FTP Voyager ask to become the default browser when I first run it? Does this effect web (html) pages.
