Yoga is a lifelong practice, and teaching yoga requires a commitment of learning the skills, experiencing the practice, and serving our community. The schedule of our program gives students time to integrate everything it means to be a yoga teacher. There is no substitute for having the time to put into practice what you are learning!

It takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the treated T-cells in your system to mature. Many people see positive response in the 4 to 5 week time frame. Yes, there is a laundromat in Hackensack (15 minutes drive from Deep Portage) and we can arrange a laundry trip in about the middle of the 2 weeks we are staying at Deep Portage. So you can expect to be able to do laundry about once a week.
