The College has no “majors”. Instead, we enable students completing a bachelor's degree to concentrate in a specific discipline or combination of subjects. By far, the most popular choice of “Concentration” is Individualized Studies which follows an interdisciplinary approach allowing students to customize their plan of study to better fit their background and goals.

We offer associate degrees and bachelor's degrees in 22 academic departments. We also offer pre-professional studies in law, pharmacy, dentistry, medicine and veterinary medicine. This allows you to explore what types of classes you like most.

Goldey-Beacom is Delaware's only nationally accredited College that is devoted solely to the study of Business. Students can select from such majors as Accounting, Management, Computer Information Systems, Finance, International Business, and Management Information Systems, to name a few.

Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Studio (Ceramics, Digital Media, Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, and Sculpture)

Principia offers 26 Bachelor of Arts majors and 6 Bachelor of Science majors. We also offer 4 minor programs with no major. Also if you have a specialized interest, you can design and petition for a special major, which can also include relevant courses offered at another college or university.

The Department offers three majors, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science.

We offer the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees in Chemistry which differ in that the B.A. requires 9 chemistry courses and the B.S. requires 12 chemistry courses. The B.A. allows more flexibility to minor or major in another subject area, while the B.S. is strong preparation for graduate school or direct employment in the field. The Chemistry and Biology Departments cosponsor the B.S.

All candidates must submit a completed tryout packet to the Texas Cheer Program Office. No one will be allowed to participate in a tryout session unless Texas Cheer has received a completed tryout packet prior to the session an individual wishes to attend. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT! One letter of recommendation sent from current or most recent cheer / dance advisor, or coach directly to Cheer and Pom Advisor.

We offer 35 majors. For a complete list, click here. Some of the most popular are business administration, education, nursing, mass communication, and graphic design. We have majors in information and technology management, music, music education and art education. New majors in paralegal studies, service management, and history became available in the fall of 2006, along with new business administration programs that include the Expressions business honors program.

There are 60 acres of outdoor playing fields, including 11 soccer pitches, 3 rugby pitches, a lacrosse pitch, 2 cricket squares, and a Frisbee pitch. There are 3 floodlit all-weather pitches, one of which is artificial grass, ideal for football, rugby and American football. There are 3 artificial grass tennis courts and nine macadam courts. There is a 400-metre all-weather running track.
