What are the differences between WebMail and using an email program such as Outlook Express?

There are some important differences between using WebMail and POP email (email that is downloadable into an email program such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage, MacMail, etc.). WebMail is email that is kept and held on our server to be viewed via our WebMail interface (the 'check email' link on our home page). This is very convenient because it allows you to view your email from any Internet connection in the world. This is similar to how AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
