Technically I think your true height should be measured after you've been standing for about 5-6 hours. After that you won't shrink much more during the rest of the day. Early in the morning you will be taller, shrinkgage varies - some might shrink 0.8cm, others 1.5cm during the course of a day.

Firstly I try to find quotes from stars about their height.
