Process colours are made up of the 4 additive colours CMYK, whereas a spot colour is a single ink. For example...Reflex Blue is made up of 100%C 73%M 0%Y 2%K resulting in 3 inks laid on top of one another to produce the desired colour...the spot Reflex Blue is one ink only resulting in one pass of the press as opposed to three.

I recommend the vanishing formula, which is basically a white cream that vanishes into the skin. The tinted formula does not vanish, but rather looks like foundation make-up and leaves your face with an orange/brown tint, helping to mask acne. Since you're using 4 different ink colors, and four different press plates, this process can be expensive. If you're looking for a more cost-effective process, spot color is the way to go. It has more punch than just black and white.
