You can still take the TOEFL iBT test if you come late to the test center up to one hour past the scheduled test time. If you are more than one hour late, then you cannot take the TOEFL iBT test and you will NOT be refunded for the cost of the test.

In the paper version of the exam, test takers answer the same questions in the same order. In the TOEFL computer-adaptive test, the computer "adapts" to the test taker's performance. With a TOEFL Test result of 197-214 points, international students can immediately take part in the university’s regular study program.
