Yes, you can submit a new resume for each position you self-nominate for. The system will hold onto several versions of your resume, which can be attached to subsequent self-nominations. You will also be able to view the resumes you have on file.

There are no required margin settings, but setting margins, for example at .06" to .08" all around allows for more information to be put on a single page, versus 1-inch margins all around. Your aim should be to create a one-page resume. Wider margins help you accomplish this.
