Circuit Board and County Council meetings are held in in Florida at least once a month. The Circuit Boards and County Councils primarily focus on juvenile delinquency prevention programs and services within their circuit or county, such as mentoring, teen courts, neighborhood accountability boards, community partnership programs, after-school programs and public forums.
