To help keep your wallet a little lighter and life a little easier, United Concordia members are not required to show an ID card to receive services. Simply visit one of our participating dentists, identify yourself as a United Concordia member and your dentist and United Concordia will take care of it from there.

We strongly recommend that you carry your identification (ID) card with you at all times and that your family members carry their ID cards with them as well. You must have your ID card available when calling for an appointment and each time you receive services.
