Yes. To add additional accounts you must complete the Internet Banking Change Request Form. This form can be obtained at any of our branches or by downloading it from our website. This form cannot be faxed or emailed. We must receive a form with an original signature on it. In addition, you may add any type of account including checking, savings, loan, or cd. Please note, you must be a signer on the account(s) to add them to your Wakulla Bank Internet Banking service.

Yes! Wakulla Bank uses state-of-the-art firewalls and security to protect your accounts and identity. We protect your information by: Requiring you to use a browser with 128-bit encryption. You can test your browser encryption by clicking on "Test Browser" on the login screen. Never displaying your social security number or account numbers over the Internet. Instead, we allow you to customize your account names to differentiate accounts.

User name and password are generated in a secure environment and sent by courier to your registered address in separate mails. .

You can register for both Lloyds TSB Internet banking as well as ICICI Bank Internet Banking. We’ll give you details of how to do this when you open your accounts. Once you have registered, you can use the Internet banking facility of each bank to manage your money. The two websites are not currently linked to transfer money between the two accounts online. But we are working to improve this to make banking easier for you.

The effects of weather on Microwave radio signals vary based on the frequency used and the distance the signal travels. With the frequencies and distances in our network, signal degradation due to heavy rain, snow, or fog are negligible. The degradation due to heavy rain is less than .2 db and our system is designed with at least a 10 db signal fade margin. The antenna we use is 12" tall x 3.5" wide and weighs less than 1 pound with an optional reflector dish used to boost the signal.
