What is the difference between 15% and 30% fuel?

Frequently Asked Questions
The percentage represents the amount of nitromethane in the jug of fuel. In the U.S. 15% is the common amount to use. Other countries typically run 0 to 5%. The 30% gives more power, but until you start 3D you won't need that. In fact a heli that is properly setup and engine tuned will do 3D just fine on 15%. Also one with 0 to 5% will do fine if you run a tuned pipe and the carb is setup to have a fine degree of adjustment.

What octane fuel should I use?

Powered Paragliding (PPG) - WikiFAQ - Answers to Frequently ...
There are a lot of misconceptions about fuel octane. Octane rating indicates one thing: resistance to detonation. Higher octane fuel does NOT run "cooler", and vice versa, provided the fuel has a high enough octane to prevent detonation ("pinging"), which is when the fuel ignites before the spark plug fires (this can and will cause an engine to run inefficiently and thus hot, but is extremely hard on the engine in other ways). This should not be an issue in a properly tuned paramotor engine.

In a fuel cell, the reactants (H2 and O2) are stored externally to the fuel cell, so it will keep producing electricity as long as reactants are delivered to the fuel cell.
