If your Order was shipped to an address located in the lower 48 states of the USA, it was most likely shipped by UPS ground shipment, which can take "3 to 5 business days" to arrive. Since Affinity guarantees to ship within 2 business days from the time you place your Order, it can take up to "7 business days" to arrive. If the time period extends over a weekend, add 2 more calendar days. UPS does not usually deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and Affinity is closed on weekends.

The decision to require a signature or not is left up to the individual UPS Driver. If he/she deems their is no safe "drop off" location for the package, a signature tag will be left. WE do not require it, but in some circumstances UPS does.

Please wait until the day after receiving your tracking number before attempting to track your package. If at this point you cannot track your package, e-mail us at sales@thedbsnorkel.com and we will work with you and UPS regarding your shipment.

A: Yes, as soon as your product is shipped you will be emailed with a Tracking Number. This allows you to follow the shipment and plan its arrival. Please Note: If your order is shipped from the manufacturer a tracking number will not be provided since the item is not shipping from our warehouse.

If you placed an order using either UPS 2-day or UPS Next Day service, you can track your order online using the UPS tracking information. (Tracking information is not available for regular US Postal Service mail.) There are two ways to check the tracking information for your UPS order:

It is always up to the discretion of the driver, but you can add a note to the package that requests UPS to leave the package on the first attempt with no signature. If your driver usually leaves your packages without a signature, chances are that he or she will probably leave your package. If your driver usually requires a signature, he or she will probably require a signature with this package as well. Another option is Saturday delivery, which is $35.00 over the cost of ground shipping.

When your order is submitted we send an order confirmation email to your email address. If you don't see it check your spam folder. Once your order ships we send the UPS tracking info to your email address.

We add tracking numbers even over the weekend to orders, although there is no pickup for these packages until the following Monday. The tracking you received likely was added over this time period and will become active on the following Monday or Tuesday. If your tracking is still not active send us an email bout the order. For tracking packages outside the US you will need to send us a request for the USPS tracking.
