You are welcomed to use your own vehicle however, if you choose to use your own vehicle on a CKC Tour where a rental car is made available for the group you are not eligible for reimbursement of your vehicle expenses. Special circumstances do apply however. For example, if you are using your own vehicle to travel to meet the group and then will be riding in the rental, we have formulated a reimbursement structure for that situation.

Reimbursements for mileage may be reimbursed either by submitting a Medical Travel Log voucher or by submitting all of the required information listed within. This includes how many miles were traveled, what the treatment was for, who the treatment was for, where the facility was located and the dollar amount that is being claimed.

Yes. By qualifying and purchasing your home in one of our premier communities, you will be reimbursed for your tour by ReDiscover Realty Inc. at the time of your closing.

We determine this on an individual basis. Generally, we will reimburse the traveler from which ever is indicated on travel form. CKC Tours will not request programs participate in Saturday or Sunday visits as the program dynamic is usually not consistent with the rest of the week, key personnel they would like you to meet with may not be available and where applicable, the educational component cannot be demonstrated appropriately. Your vehicle must have proper safety equipment for both driver and passenger and be in good operating order. Our technicians will inspect your car's condition upon arrival, checking tires, brakes, fluids, etc.

Most newer vehicles will not add miles to the odometer while they are towed. Such vehicles have an electronic odometer which will work only if the key is in the "on" position. If your vehicle does not have an electronic odometer you will need to have a Speedometer Disconnect to keep miles from adding up on your towed vehicle.
