Pls note down the remaining Multi-SIM cards that you're holding so as to aid us in identifying which is the lost card to be replaced. Replacement of your lost Multi-SIM card is FREE. You do not need to change your Multi-SIM Cards.

No. You can only subscribe to either one of the service. You need to cancel 2-in-1 SIM service & sign up for Multi-SIM service. Multi-SIM service has 1 mobile number with different SIM card numbers, all the SIM cards can be used to synchronize. Please note that there is only 1 common Phone Backup account for the subscriber. any one time, only 1 SIM card can be used for synchronization.

If I wish to terminate my Multi-SIM service, what should I do?

You can visit any SingTel Hello Service Centre or contact your company's designated Account Mgr (for BRN/CRN-registered line) to cancel 2-in-1 SIM & be reverted to normal SIMs. You will be issued a new SIM Free of Charge. This applies to both personal & company line. The personal line holder will have to get his new SIM at any Hello Customer Service Centre while the company can contact their Account Mgr (for BRN/CRN-registered line) for the SIM replacement.
