Because the quoted delivery times are only an approximation, we must ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for the package to be delivered. If the package has not arrived after 6 weeks then please contact our customer services, who will be happy to sort out any problems.

Just call or email and we will track your package for you. Please have your name, address and confirmation number on hand.

On weekends there is no minimum number requirement whatsoever. You are free to bring yourself and a friend or a group of 100, assuming we have the space and you book early enough.

It may be that, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery is not made within two days. This may mean that the flowers are late for a special occasion or have suffered a loss of quality. Notification of non-delivery should be made through our contact page In all such cases we unreservedly agree to send a replacement box or make a full refund.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the shopper will be required to pay the shipping fee again to have the envelope re-shipped to the correct address.

Your Personal Care Coordinator (PCC) will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. You can look forward to accommodations near the hospital that are equal or superior to those found in any major city. Your PCC will help you register and see that you're settled into your room. Once you are comfortable, he or she will go over your schedule with you and answer any questions you may have.

Any failure of delivery within 48 hours of despatch which is attributable to Le Tourneur's Flowers By Post or the Royal Mail postal service will be dealt with by a replacemnt of the order or a refund.

If the trailer is more than 24 hours late without proper notification from the Equipment User, the Equipment Owner may be entitled to receive a detention fee.

The zoning inspector can issue civil citations ($50.00 up to $500.00) or issue a criminal summons to take someone to Environmental Court where a judge can sentence jail time or penalties if they are found guilty. The zoning office can also use civil remedies such as an order of Abatement or Injunction. (back)

All registrations received by the 17 September cut-off will be mailed out. If you do not receive your badge or forget to bring it with you then you can ask for a replacement badge at any of the entrance counters at the show. If your name is recorded on the database a new badge will be issued at no cost. If we have no record of your registration you will need to pay the $30 entry fee.
