First, find the spot where you want to add the page break. Then go to the "Review/Edit Your Handbook" page and select the "Edit Your Handbook" option. Select the section where you want to add the page break by clicking on the title of that section. This will bring you into the online editor. I don't know why, but I do know that it's not specific to PrintToPDF, it can happen with a PDF file from any source. You may be able to reduce or eliminate the dots by adjusting advanced settings in the Epson printer driver. In the case of the Stylus Color 600, the No Halftoning option seemed to do the trick. If you have Norton Firewall installed on your computer, the Printer Friendly link returns an error. Temporarily disable the firewall (this should be simple - just click the Norton Firewall icon on your taskbar, click disable, then confirm that you wish to turn off Norton Firewall). Once the firewall is disabled, return to the page that you want to print, click the link to the printer friendly version, and it should quickly appear.
