I have had an opportunity to produce seal oil from the species phoca groenlandica for human consumption. The omega 3 long-chain PUFA profile is approximately 20-25%, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 4.7%; docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 4.2%; and docosapentaenoic acid (DPA) 8.9%. A - Sealing the stone is not required. However, use of a high-quality, "breathable" concrete sealer will reduce water penetration into the stone. On an SDV Team, you will do and perform the same training and functions that the other SEAL Teams are doing. Only difference is you have an added capability (a very valuable one) - SDV's and ASDS's. You will, of course, focus more of your training actually in the water working with the "mini-submarines," but you do get to partake in all of the other training as well.
