You will need to report in person to the Scheduling Center, located in Clark Hall, to have the PIN reset. You will be asked to produce a photo ID card to prove your identification.

Call the SEMS phone number (410) 252-1891. Press the star (*) key when SEMS asks for your PIN. Follow the prompts given by SEMS.

You will not be able to retrieve your old PIN, but if you call the automated response line at 1-800-955-7070 and follow the prompts, you will be able to create a new one right over the phone

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, you will need to go to the nearest branch and request a new PIN. While this may be an inconvenience to you, it is for your protection. Your PIN will be reset by an authorized customer service-rep. Only the cardholder can request the PIN. No one at the bank knows your PIN.

The CVM Graduate Programs Assistant will send out an email to all graduate students once she/he receives the PIN list from the Registration and Records Office. You can call, email or visit him/her in order to retrieve your PIN. Students receive a separate PIN for spring and fall sessions (the summer session PIN is the same as the fall PIN).

Your PIN is usually your birth date in a six-digit format (ex. September 5, 1968 would be 090568). If you are unable to log in, your PIN may have defaulted to the last six digits of your ID number. If you still have trouble logging in, please contact us by e-mail at alumnae@hollins.edu to verify your PIN.

When you call in to activate your Card, you will be given a Personal Identification Number, or PIN. If you forget your PIN or want to change your PIN, contact a Customer Service Representative toll-free at 1-866-383-3960. Cardholders can also select a PIN through a secure Internet site at www.accesspayday.com . Additional Cards for family members will have their own PIN.

When a new card is sent to you a new PIN will be sent automatically, except where the new card replaces an expired card. If you wish to use a different number for your PIN you must visit a Personal Financial Centre to change your PIN. You cannot change your PIN over the phone, at an ATM or another financial institution.

If you would like to request a PIN or have forgotten your PIN simply call HSBC MasterCard Customer Care at 1-866-406-HSBC (4722) to have a PIN mailed to you.

You must use a numeric PIN for this purpose, since the TeleBranch 24 system only accepts numbers. Your PIN will be 4 digits long. We suggest that you not use numbers that are part of your birthday, address, phone or social security number to prevent someone from guessing your PIN. To change your PIN for both Account Access and TeleBranch 24, click on the User Options icon. Then go to the Change Password option.

If you forget your Ta'Facil Card PIN, you will need to call Customer Service for assistance at 1-866-430-5596 Monday through Friday 8:00am-10:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am-6:00pm EST.
