Not a problem. By compressing your data, Simple Backup can store up to 1.2 gigabytes of information on a single CD, or up to 9.4 gigabytes on a DVD. If your backup is larger than that, Simple Backup will fill up the first disc and then ask you to insert a second one. Simple Backup lets your data span up to 32 discs.

Burn 2 CD's. Make a second folder for your order. Call the second folder-"Jones (customer name) Part 2". Be sure you have the Lab Order folder on the CD with the first set of images that fit on the first CD. When the order gets to the lab they will move the Part 2 images into the Lab Order Folder and re-assemble the order.

The audio presentation portion of our demo is presented as CD Audio. If you have a CD Player option for your computer, you will be able to hear the demo at your computer. Otherwise, any CD player will play the audio tracks of our demo CD.

Some lectures are more than 84 minutes, which is too long for a CD. Although the WMA and RM audio is compressed to a small file size, the length of the audio does not change. If you want to put many of Roy's lectures onto one CD and play them back in the car, at home or on your walkman, it's probably best to buy MP3 audios.

Approximately 20,000 letter-sized, black and white pages will fit on a single CD. Color documents and photos can also be scanned to CD, but because they require more memory, fewer will fit. The broad standard for JPEG files is the original JFIF standard. Easy Morph supports this standard. However, some companies have, for their own reasons, decided to create variants of standard JPEG, despite the fact that doing this severely inconveniences users of their products.

You can expect to get 2 hours of video on a DVD. If your project requires more than one DVD, you will be contacted prior to completion of the order.

Depending on the cartridge model, a temporary plastic clip may be attached to the cartridge. This clip is to help seal and protect the cartridge during transit. Check to make sure this plastic transport clip is removed from your inkjet cartridge. If this is not the problem, check to verify that you have the correct inkjet cartridge model for your printer.

Look in your computer's BIOS (http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/BIOS) (on many computers you need to push the "delete" or F1 key during the POST) to see whether it is set to boot from CD. If this is already set, your computer may not be able to read the CD (some notebooks have problems with black-coated CD's, for example). It is known that several so-called Video-CDs exist that do not play on a CD-i player. This is mainly the case with certain titles from China and the Far East. Mostly, this is due to the absence of a CD-i application on the disc. As mentioned before, such a CD-i application is a mandatory requirement for a Video-CD, and a disc that does not include it violates the license terms (but this is often the case with illegal discs for which no license fees were payed in the first place!).

Before ripping CDs to audio files, you can configure the output audio files' settings including CBR, VBR, Maximum Bitrate, Minimum Bitrate, Quality, Channels, Output Folder. You may enter the options dialog from "Tools > Options ..."

The number of minutes will depend on numerous factors, including the size of the window the video will play in, the video format, and the resolution of the video. We recommend using MPEG1 video format. A general estimate is that one minute of video equates to anywhere from 5 to 10 MB of space. So on a Hockey Rink 50 MB CD, you would be able to fit between 5 and 10 minutes of video, assuming there is nothing else on the disc.

Each image will vary in size depending on factors such as colour, brightness, contrast, scanned resolution, and format saved in. Therefore the number of images that can be saved onto cd can vary significantly depending on these factors.

You have two choices. Split the video across multiple DVD discs, or use lower encoding quality. Our Hi-Quality encoding fills a DVD with 60 minutes of video, our Std-Q encoding to put up to 2 hours of video on each DVD disc.
