If you do not correct this record, or if you cannot reasonably prove that you departed in a timely way when you next apply for admission to the United States, BCIS may conclude you remained in the United States beyond your authorized stay. If this happens, you may be returned immediately to your foreign point of origin.

You will complete the I-94 upon your arrival in the US. An immigration officer will scan your I-20 (if you are an F-1 visa holder) and stamp your I-94. If you have an F-1 visa the officer will write "D/S" on your I-94. If you are here on a tourist or waiver visa the officer will stamp your expiration date in the I-94.

What did you do at the MoD after you left the UFO project?

FAQ
I went to a financial policy job where my duties included considering requests from film and TV companies to film at military bases. We had to consider the potential benefits in terms of PR, training and recruiting, and balance that against the desire to generate some income. I learned a lot about the media in that job (although I'd already been media-trained during my time on the UFO project, not least because I had to appear on TV as an official MoD spokesperson).

Henry The Adequate: The Henry FAQ
There are literally millions of comments on this weblog every single day. Most of them are threatening violence, or abusive, or begging me to stop writing this, and therefore have to be deleted, which is very time consuming. Because of all my seconds being gobbled up by the giant and terrifying time-monster I am unable to answer all comments. One day I will hire a team of luscious fembots to answer the comments for me.

What is the Form I-94 and why is it important?

ICE Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS):...
The Form I-94 is a critical document. It shows that a nonimmigrant has been legally admitted to the United States, the class of admission, and the authorized period of stay. It is very important that the information on the form is correct. This information is input into a system that shows arrival and departure information. Inconsistencies between the information on the Form I-94 and SEVIS records can reduce the chances of a successful systems interface.
