The European Sidecar Grasstrack Championship is the premier competition for 500cc right-handed sidecars. This sidecar class is common in Continental Europe, but the competition does not have World Championship status because Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand predominantly run left-handed sidecars. It would seem that a unified class needs to be agreed before the status of this competition can be upgraded. This competition is held annually between May and September.

Depth of Field is is the distance between the nearest and farthest points in the object field that appear acceptably sharp in the photograph. Depth of field varies with lens aperture, focal length, camera-to-subject distance, film format, print (or image) size and the distance from which that image is viewed. By definition, depth of field is dependent upon the viewer's perception of "acceptably sharp".

The best way to figure out which format you have is to look for a logo imprinted on it, then visit our formats page. It might help to measure the tape and compare it to those pictured on our format line-up. Keep in mind that the physical dimensions are only part of the format. There are different ways to write information on those tapes. Don't worry about that too much. All you really need to know is whether it was recorded in America or somewhere overseas. We'll sort the rest out for you.

You will see two ring size related boxes under the 'available options' heading on ring pages. One box reads 'please select a ring size' . The box located next to it will show the ring size scale selected. If you are from the Europe, that finger size scale should automatically appear as the Europe ring size scale. If the ring size scale appears as EU finger size scale, simply click on the box that reads 'please select a ring size' and select your finger size.

We accept JPEG images (the suffix must be either .JPG or .jpg) up to 120k in total file size. This is the most commonly used format for photos taken with digital cameras.

You can use a variety of image editing software to resize and format your images. We recommend a free software package called Serif PhotoPlus 6. It is both free and easy to use. The key is to make your work readable. Use a simple 12-point or larger font, double space, provide reasonable margins and type on one side of plain white paper. Don't bind the pages. Present them in a manuscript box or wrapped in large rubber bands with a simple cover page that includes your name, the title, your address and phone number and a copyright notice if you wish. Pages should be numbered and you may want to include your name and the title in a header or footer.

Size your photo down to approximately 2 by 2 inches at 250dpi (500px by 500px) and save it as a jpg for optimal upload time. If you aren't sure how to do this, you may send your file as is if it isn't over 2mb. Files larger than this may take too long to upload.

Your banner should be 400x40 pixels. It can either be a JPG or a Compuserve GIF. Please make sure that you put the banner up on your own server before applying (see 2.) for an account and have the URL at hand.

If you are unsure about the bracelet size to order measure your wrist and add 3/4" to 1" for bracelets. FYI - 85% of all bracelets are 7 1/2".

Using a soft-cloth measuring tape or string, measure your wrist at the smallest point and add 3/4" to 1 inch, depending on how you like to wear your bracelets. Select from the pull-downs on each bracelet design page. For your little ones, we recommend 1/2" to 3/4," so they cannot skoot their bracelet off too easily. See our Sizing Guide for help.
